Number of sites
Each physical deployment location counts as one site.
Number of agents
Agent instances running simultaneously across your environment.
Storage volume
Total managed cloud storage capacity per month.
Upload / download bandwidth
Gross data transferred to and from cloud storage.
Cloud provider
AWS S3 or Wasabi cloud provider selection.
Retention policy
Configured lifecycle thresholds and minimum retention durations.
Support level
Standard email support vs. priority support vs. dedicated contact.
Integration requirements

Is there a free trial?
Yes. A time-limited trial license is available for evaluation. Contact the team to request a trial license key for your deployment.
Does pricing include cloud storage costs?
No. Cloud storage costs (AWS S3, Wasabi) are billed directly by the cloud provider and are not included in the Everest license. Wasabi is recommended for cost-optimized archival workloads.
Can I upgrade from Site License to Enterprise?
Yes. License upgrades can be applied without reinstalling the agent. Contact the team to request a license key upgrade for additional sites.
Is Windows included in the license?
Windows agent and driver support is planned for an upcoming release. When Windows builds are available, they will be covered by existing licenses without requiring a separate purchase.
How are billing metrics used?
Billing metrics (camera count, upload/download volume, peak managed capacity) are captured monthly and visible in the admin portal. These metrics may be used to validate subscription tier and support renewal discussions.
Is multi-year pricing available?
Multi-year licensing and volume pricing is available for enterprise deployments. Contact the team to discuss options.
